We are moving...for the last time!

Since moving back to Logan for Dan's job with the family insulation company, we have been living in his brother Joe's home in Wellsville. We ended up coming across a home in Maple Rise up by his parents a few months ago and fell in love with it. Long story short, things came together remarkably well and fast, so we are moving into our new home this weekend! And yes, at 38 weeks pregnant.

Packing has been killing me, but I am making progress. We have friends, family, ward member and a moving company coming to help us get his all done. I am so excited to finally be putting roots down. The boys have had a wild week with packing, and furniture disappearing, but they are troopers.

I am still dilated to a 3 and 80 percent effaced. Maybe the move will put me in labor!!!

29 Days To Go

I've decided using days instead of weeks makes it seem sooner! Dilated to a 3...you would think this would be good news but I'm sure it just means I will be miserable until I finally have to be induced. But the doc said he saw hair in the ultrasound. Could it be that I might finally get a baby with hair?! So excited to find out!

I am officially over being pregnant. I can't sleep, I hurt, I have a hard time breathing, and I'm exhausted. I really shouldn't complain because I know there is a lot that could be worse. I keep reminding myself that it is worth it to have a healthy baby...and 4 weeks, I mean, 29 days, really is right around the corner.

My Tommy Boy

I have always said that Tommy is such a stud and he continues to prove it day in and day out. He just makes me laugh. He is such a stocky build and has really started to get a temper. As he gets better with his words, he gets more frustrated when I don't understand what he wants. But he's even cuter when he's angry.

Every time someone goes to pick him up they comment how "thick" he is. It wouldn't surprise me if he outweighs Eddie. He definitely feels heavier when you hold him. But this studly boy loves his cuddles. They have to be done on his terms, and usually only last seconds, but if you are lucky enough to get one it's totally worth it!

The other day he discovered sunglasses and thought they were pretty great. He wouldn't keep them on, instead he made me put them on him 20 times so he could take them off. And the other day after my doctors appointment we made a run to costco as well. It made for a long day driving down to Ogden, then having all the errands. The poor boy passed out in his seat while eating his churro.

5 Weeks To Go

I had a doctors appointment today and I am 60% effaced and dilated to 1.5cm. The doc says all looks healthy and well. Other than the normal pains of getting very pregnant I feel good most days. I have contractions off and on, but they are usually worse later in the day after I exhaust myself chasing Eddie and Tommy.
